ERA ELEKTRA CORPORA INDONESIA or abbreviated EEC ID is Representative and the Sole Agent of Enterprise Electronics Corporation (EEC USA) Alabama USA. Since 1971, EEC - USA have been one of the biggest Weather Radar Manufacturer, whose products are widely used around the world. From 2007 through 2019, Indonesian Meteorologi, Climatology and Geophysical Agency (BMKG), have operated 20 EEC Weather Radar of various types in carrying out their responsibility of making weather forecast. Those Weather Radars are installed in the cities of Medan, Pekanbaru, Bandar Lampung, Tangerang, Denpasar, Pontianak, Banjarmasin, Balikpapan, Tarakan, Gorontalo, Majene, Masamba, Kendari, Biak, Sorong, Sentani, Timika, Merauke, Wamena and Clilacap (which will be relocated to Batam).

As a sole agent, the main responsibility of PT EEC ID is to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance so that al EEC Weather Radars keep operating well throughout the year.

Eventhough PT EEC ID was only established in early 2019, however the Management, Engineers, and EEC ID Technicisans have great experience in installing new Weather Radar and performing Weather Radar Maintenance so that all EEC Weather Radar can operate properly around the clock. Our Team will always improve skils and knowledge of Weather Radar Hardware and Software which are developing rapidly so that we can always keep up with the advancement of technology.

EEC Team members, though small in numbers are experts on the fields of electrical engineering and weather radar installments. Both young and old, they work together hand in hand to keep all 20 weather radars throughout Indonesia operates fully from 2007 until today.
